Woodhouse Publishing, Inc. uses the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com)
as its primary shipper. Rates are based on the postal rate for book and product
shipments plus a $2.00 handling and packaging fee. At this time, gift wrapping is not
available; although, gift wrapping may be available in the future. Our order site will
be updated as this becomes available.
Our shipments usually can be processed within 24 hours of your purchase date and
time. You will be notified by e-mail when your purchases ship. You will also be
notified by e-mail when your order is pending. Items may be tracked when using
Premium Postal Service services at www.usps.com.
Premium shipment is also available through FedEx and DHL (www.fedex.com and
www.dhl.com/splash.html). Items may be shipped in this way by selecting the "Air"
option on the order sheet. You may view their rates by clicking on the above links. A
$3.00 handling and packaging fee applies when using premium shipping.
If you have questions regarding your shipment, please try to track the item first using
your tracking number on the appropriate shipping company web site. If you have
further problems, please contact us via e-mail shipping information.
Refunds
All items purchased from Woodhouse Publishing, Inc. are fully refundable if the
following applies:
- Item(s) must be undamaged and in new condition.
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- You must contact us via e-mail to let us know of the return and number of item
(s) being returned (shipping information). - Please include your contact information with the return of your item(s).
- Please mark on the outside of your shipment "Return".
cards will simply be refunded with the amount of purchase minus shipping charges
and handling fees. Checks will be sent to those who sent a check or money order for
the purchase of product(s) minus shipping charges and handling fees.
